How to contact us: You can contact us by email at email@example.com In the event that we need to contact you, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address you provided
to us in your order.
Delivery method: UK mainland delivery P+P £1.49 1-2 day delivery. Orders received and paid for by 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
Excluding postcodes considered to be outside the 'Mainland UK' which may include Postcodes: IV, All KW, PA20-PA78, PH4 – PH50, All HS, All ZE, All IM, All BT.
Once dispatched we cannot be held liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or any courier we use.
Please note: Free delivery is to UK mainland only. Any deliveries further afield may result in an extra charge, this is down to courier imposed charges. Please contact us for a postal quote if you are unsure.
Returns policy: We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return form will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Our products: Product packaging may vary from that shown in images on our website. Our Colour matched Paints are NOT OEM Manufactured Genuine Parts and therefore can vary slightly. If there appears to be a discrepancy in the colour of the paint received, before contacting us, we would recommend you turn the bottle upside down and shake it for 2-3 minutes to give it a thorough mix, this will help with metallic paints.
Colour Policy agreement: Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the images, sizes, shapes, and colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of them accurately reflects their true appearance, function, and nature. Your product may vary slightly from those images. Products with the same colour name as "black" are not necessarily the same exact colour as another item with black in its name. Therefore, please do not order using colour names or product names as your guide to colour, always check the manufacturers colour code pdf or contact the original retailer or manufacturer.
