Be sure to double-check the colour you've selected before buying, by checking your original invoice or looking on the manufacturer's website.
Make sure to shake the bottle for at least 60 seconds to evenly blend the paint before using.
We mix and blend the paint, but eventually it'll settle, heavier pigments will sink to the bottom. Shaking the bottle is necessary to achieve the desired colour.
GPAINT cannot guarantee that the clubs/putters paint will remain identical to the paint matched colour, GPaint provide, as fading and degradation due to age and weathering will have an effect on the original colour.
Application Guide
CUSTOMISE OR TOUCH-UP
CLEAN - Clean thoroughly with hot soapy water, using an old toothbrush. Make sure area is 100% dry before continuing.
APPLY - Apply the paint liberally to the desired area. This can be applied over any existing paint on the club. Now, fill a plastic container with a small amount of white spirit.
WIPE - Using soft tissue, fold several times to make a small pad and slightly dampen with white spirit. Wipe lightly and quickly in a diagonal direction to the area painted.
WAIT - The paint should be touch dry in about 30 minutes, depending on the room temperature and humidity. Allow 6 hours for paint to fully cure before using the clubs.
REPAIR CHIPPED AND SCRATCHED PAINT
SHAKE THE BOTTLE - It’s very important to shake the bottle for at least 30 secs to mix the paint.
CLEAN THE AREA - Remove any dirt, clean with soap and water then dry. Wipe area with White Spirit or Isopropyl Alcohol to clean away any grease and loose paint flakes.
MASK OFF - For a clean, crisp edge, we recommend masking off, to protect areas where you don’t want the paint to end up.
APPLY THE PAINT - Use either a fine paint brush, or the nib on the bottle and apply a thin layer onto the chip. Do not flood it on. Allow to dry for approx 30 mins and build up the layers gradually. Allow to dry for at least 24hrs before using.
